I don't know if you noticed, but there is a dichotomy regarding the current american president. There are people who think he's the worst, and there's nothing that he can do to make it better. Then there's the people who think he's the best, and that everything he does is affirming their faith in him.
The problem with it, is due to perspective. It is very hard to take one perspective and see the other perspective at the same time. Maybe it's due to how polarizing he is, or maybe we have all become polarized, and are only capable of seeing one perspective.
On September 24th, 60 minutes had a segment debuting Oprah Winfrey talking to a focus group about this perspective problem. If anything it shows the perspective divide even greater, by having people express what they believe regarding the president.
In my studies in college, I discovered that in a multiple reality scenario, that the existence of God or the non existence of God, is possible due to perspectives on reality. It is possible due to the nature of multiple realities, that both possibilities exist. That might not make sense to some people, but consider this. Imagine there are realities that intermingle on this planet. For some people, the reality has God as a very real being and influencing reality. For other people, that reality is devoid of intelligent design and God really does not exist.
When we look at quantum realities, we know that our perception and beliefs are influencing how we see our reality. So to understand the dichotomy, we must be able to transcend these realities, and see things from the other perspectives.
I realize how impossible that sounds, but I want to point out this fact that maybe what people are saying on each side is conceivably correct. It also could be conceivably incorrect as well. The question as to whether Trump is a good president can't be answered until after he has gone from office. To predetermine his success is to place opinion before actions. Even if you think vitriol or an enraptured state due to a tweet, means you are holding those opinions well in advance.
If you drop those opinions, then you have the greater difficulty of understanding why the hate/love exists. If anything, you might think they are pointless messages. However, because of his position in government, we weigh very heavily everything that is said, to the point of nitpicking. Because those opinions are based in our core selves, we are influenced heavily in the meanderings of a man. Not as much as a president, but as another talking head. Nothing based in science, truth or even consensus should even matter.
But these things matter in a polarized reality. You can see both sides, but invariably, you have to be a part of one of these realities. How you choose to act on them, is purely yours.
As for the current craziness regarding the NFL and the national anthem, that's a discussion for another day. Try seeing the perspectives on both sides based on what I just told you and maybe this is not as clear as it seems. There is no right side, there is no wrong side. You must know that the problem is a real one, and it takes a leader that can transcend the biases and address the problem entirely. Unfortunately that does not exist.
Songs of Demented Rhyme is a column I wrote in the 1993/1994 year at the University of Northern Iowa in the "republican" newspaper. It wasn't very good then and I am sure it's not that great now. How else am I supposed to vent the frustrations of a frustrated person with a frustrating view of reality? The title is taken from a song lyric by a 80's Christian band called Ruscha. I should note that I am not so frustrated today.

Has humanity reached the critical tipping point for ascension?
I was talking with a friend and she said that she heard that humanity and consciousness reached 10,000. Apparently that means everyone should have the understanding and awareness that they are conscious.
Here's the problem. In my observation, people in general aren't awake and aware. There are people who are awakening and becoming conscious, but the tipping point hasn't been met. It would be more visible.
What we have is a divide. A rift, if you will. It is a separation of ideals. However, that separation isn't a result of conscious, but rather a result of mind control.
The reason why I say this, is because mind control can only be identified when you approach full consciousness.
There are basically two things that define what is mind control:
1) Requirement to consume mental stimulation.
2) Separation of ideals, despite the basic needs that benefit us.
When it comes to mental stimulation, it's basically what we feed our brain. Whether we read, watch or whatever, what we are doing is obtaining information and processing it. When this information becomes passive, like watching movies and tv, or taking in a sporting event, the possibility for manipulation is possible.
The manipulation manifests in ways similar to techniques found in Sun Tsu's the art of war. The basic one being 'divide and conqueror'. The more control exists, the more the people become divided, and the more likely you are experiencing mind control.
As long as mind control exists, and people are pulled into it, then I cannot agree with the statement that humanity reached the tipping point.
Until then, we must wait and watch.

Problems with the Essene Gospel of Peace
I stumbled across some "ancient texts" which say the books called 'The Essene Gospel of Peace' are the actual words of Jesus.
However, there are a couple of problems I have with just the text of book 1. The first promotes a full raw vegan lifestyle. "God commanded your forefathers: 'Thou shalt not kill.' But their heart was hardened and they killed. Then Moses desired that at least they should not kill men, and he suffered them to kill beasts. And then the heart of your forefathers was hardened yet more, and they killed men and beasts likewise. But I do say to you: Kill neither men, nor beasts, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth. For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death. For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything which kills your bodies kills your souls also. And your bodies become what your foods are, even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are. Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also. Be not like the foolish husbandman who sowed in his ground cooked, and frozen, and rotten seeds. And the autumn came, and his fields bore nothing. And great was his distress. But be like that husbandman who sowed in his field living seed, and whose field bore living ears of wheat, paying a hundredfold for the seeds which he planted. For I tell you truly, live only by the fire of life, and prepare not your foods with the fire of death, which kills your foods, your bodies and your souls also."
The second says that wheat is the most perfect food. "...from the month of Sivan, eat wheat, the most perfect among all seed-bearing herbs."
The problem I have about eating meat, is that the body was designed to eat meat. Our mouth and teeth are typical of an omnivore. If we as a people were not meant to eat meat, then our teeth would more resemble a cow, meant more for grinding plant matter and such. Secondly, the feeding of the masses was with bread and fish. If fish is considered meat and that all meat is bad, then why would Jesus bother feeding that to the masses?
The other issue, that of wheat being the most perfect food. Maybe this was the case during that time, but today, wheat is the opposite of perfect. I experience digestion and health issues from eating modern day wheat. If wheat was perfect, then why was it altered? Why do we have 'enriched flour' in store bought bread?
So, why does this book defy modern day logic? That's because the essenes were a gnostic sect. In more esoteric terms, diet is important. If you are trying to purify the body and raise your energy levels, then the gospel of peace is saying exactly that. The body chemistry that results from eating raw vegan, reduces many maladies and changes the ph of the body to prevent disease.
However, the book skews toward the raw vegan lifestyle. It ignores the nature of the human body and hopes you forget Jesus's other actions in the rest of the gospels. It also makes the statement that if you eat meat, you're more likely to kill someone. I don't know where that comes from, but in all of the food I have ever eaten, not once have I wanted to go out and injure anyone.
Even if there is validity to the text, without the esoteric aspect, the text is rather condemning of the nature of the creation of humanity. Some mystics would say that there is a dichotomy in the nature of reality, which means we need to have that option.
Reality in my understanding exists in a state of balance. Truly balanced existence would include the spectrum of dining options. To truly experience what life has to offer, means taking a sense of moderation into all things we do. That means that we have the ability to enjoy meat, but also to gain the benefits of vegetables, fruits and grains.
When it really comes down to it. All decisions are ours to take.

Drinking the proverbial kool-aid
I love a good conspiracy theory. I've been following them for years. I've learned something that I call drinking the proverbial kool-aid.
'Drinking the kool-aid' goes back to the Jim Jones mass suicide where people drank the liquid laced with poison. However, in my experience, anyone who buys into a theory so strongly, is doing exactly that. They buy into a falsehood or a partial truth, as which all falsehoods are based, so much that it affects them in a negative manner. I use the term proverbial, because it means that while you bought into it, it shouldn't have affected you to begin with.
With the Clinton v. Trump election, I can tell you that many people are experiencing this. They've been experiencing it for months, and it may never ever go away.
So, the symptom of this is fear. Now most fear is based in one's sense of mortality. Fear can be helpful in this regard, because it gives us a sense of caution. However, that's not the fear that I am talking about.
Instead it's a fear that things are going to be so wrong, that the world will be drastically changed forever and ruin whatever life you think you are living. Unfortunately, this fear is a rather irrational one. It's only purpose is to blind you from your perspective and your ability to see beyond the trivial.
In simpler terms, you have been fed a lie. A lie that's designed to make you think in a certain direction and to experience an emotion that is baseless in regards to actual fact.
In many years of conspiracy theory, I drank the kool-aid many times. It was only by separating myself from all of the information that the irrational thoughts and impending doom would eventually dissipate.
So let's look at the facts here. Most people voted against things like hatred, racism, elitism, and sexism. However, this is where the problem begins, because the information about those things changed depending on the source of the information, and those sources made it their job to force those items into their spotlights. It got to the point where each candidate was blaming the sources where this came from. You could call these two sources The Mainstream Media and the Alt Right, but this oversimplifies the issue.
To be properly objective, you have to cultivate information from multiple/many sources and have backing information to go with those sources. You have to be able to acknowledge where the information came from and what it is saying. To not take these things into consideration or to only cultivate from a single source is exactly what causes the proverbial kool-aid to take hold of you.
To say this is the first time that the masses have drank the proverbial kool-aid would be a lie. We just experienced this in 2008 when many gun owners were in perpetual fear of the removal of the 2nd amendment and the rise of the police state underneath martial law.
Were the people wrong about it? Well 8 years later and only 2 months left of the current administration, it appears to not be true. "Yes, it's different this time", but yet, the fact that you drank the proverbial kool-aid remains the same.
If you are in fear, it's because you bought into the idea that things are just going to end up horribly and nothing will ever be the same. But reality shows that there are themes that replicate in all parts of life. Things change, some changes happen, but many remain the same. We resist change, and that's understandable, but we do so out of the rational fears that we have.
We also know this. Sometimes we lose, but other times we win. Things usually work out in the end.
So, you must always look into your fears. Why you have those fears is so important. If you find that your fear is based in something that may be irrational, you must step back and reassess the current moment you are in. Look to what is good in your life and work on that for awhile, and then come back to that fear you were having. Chances are, that fear is gone and replaced with something else. Hopefully it's found as a newfound strength, because when we confront our fears we should always find ourselves becoming stronger.
Whoever won this election really didn't matter in the biggest picture. Each had their soul crushing flaws (sorry, but the real truth is they ALL had them), but unless you haven't paid attention to history or civics, you should know that things have a way of balancing themselves out. That fear from the proverbial kool-aid will always be there, but until you realize that, it is nothing more than the irrational, feeding it.
It is like a cornered animal that gets aggressive and lashes back. The best way to deal with this is to step back and move away from it. Otherwise, it will still be there.
I trust that all things balance out, always. It's the nature of the universe. It's embodied in a term called entropy. It's where I found the rational perspective. It's why I can say that no matter what happens, things are going to be okay.
Unless you drank the proverbial kool-aid.

Why we should not be praying for peace.
Prayer is one of those things where I know most people do it incorrectly. In prayer, you must realize that the resonance of key words is what determines outcomes. It's as if you are looking at weight loss, when the key is weight, which means you resonate with weight. It is as if you pray for someone with cancer, and their cancer gets worse. In those cases you should be praying for health and fitness.
So in a recent episode of Game of Thrones, Tyrion Lannister made a statement about how you don't make peace with your friends, but rather with your enemies.
If we are to understand the resonance of peace, that means that we consider other people to be our enemies. In other words, to pray for peace would mean that you pray for enemies.
Pray for friendship, pray for togetherness, or even pray for cooperation. Just don't pray for peace.
The hippies got it wrong.

The happiness project
It started out as just an idea. I was not happy with where I was working, what I was doing and a bunch of little things that made my job unbearable and I was looking to find a new job at that point. However, life has a funny way of pointing things out to you that supposed to kick you into responding in a certain way. It was when I took up the challenge for me to figure it out that I came up with an idea.
That idea was: What will it take for me to be happy?
Now it's a struggle for most of my life to understand it. People would appear to change in their life that created this almost insane like happiness and I didn't understand the source of it. In college, it was people converting to Christianity that when they did so, they were amazingly changed for the better. However, my upbringing had me accepting it at a very young age. I was missing some big moment.
A couple of months ago, I decided to actually do something about it. That's when I remembered something that I have learned in the past 4 years. That truth is that ALL things proceed as a result of choice.
So phase 1 was this: What if I just chose to be happy?
So I started to run with it. Startlingly, this works really, really well! Instead of this gloomy work environment where people are just phoning in their work from day to day, the interactions started to improve. I started to really enjoy what I was doing. To top it off, someone said to me, this place just ain't the same when you aren't around. They wanted me to be there, because work is so much more enjoyable.
I told the heads of the company about this, and they liked the idea. They started applying it to their own lives. Things continued to improve.
However, life is not without a sense of irony and things started to turn. When life gets negative or chaotic, the problem exists and resolves by how you react to it. If you choose to let it get to you, it festers and becomes worse and worse. However, if you rise above the challenge, then you may find yourself in a much better place. So, how do you handle it?
Phase 2: Learn to laugh at the ridiculous.
So lately things were taking a turn and just driving my energy back to the ground and it wasn't just one thing, it was a lot of little things. Those little things are going to drag you around like you're Gulliver on the island of Lilliput. Eventually they are going to take over and once they do, you're trapped.
Now I like horror films, but not for the incessant need for violence or disturbing images. Actually it's because all horror films are based out of a comedic concept. And depending on how you view that concept determines whether you are scared or purely and happily entertained. I was watching "The Cabin In The Woods" and there's a scene that is hilariously funny, which occurs in the film. The scene plays like this: The characters are all being picked off one by one, and stumble onto this elevator that takes them into this structure where every possible cataclysm is stored. Once inside the facility they barricade themselves in a control room. As they are approached by the building security, they find a button that says "Purge" and they press it. What happens next is that several elevator doors open and different creatures jump out and proceed to disembowel and eviscerate the security team. Another security team shows up to help, and then the elevators open again with even more creatures.
To me this is a hilarious moment in the film! But it was pointing me to the fact that when things are just really serious and it's becoming almost combative in conflicts, the one thing we must remember is that it's actually really funny.
It's like what Metatron says in the movie dogma when Bethany asks what's God like. "God? Lonely. But funny. He's got a great sense of humor. Take sex for example. There's nothing funnier than the ridiculous faces you people make mid-coitus." To which Bethany replies, "Sex is a joke in heaven?" Then Metatron says, "The way I understand it, it's mostly a joke down here, too."
So as my happiness project enters phase 2, I thought it would be a good time to let people know what I have been up to and give them something to work on. If I have learned anything over the years, it is that reality is shaped by how you perceive it. Nothing else. You choose to live in a way that makes you happy or not. The people around you, if you consider that they are part of your mind, then a simple thing as changing your mind has the potential to make their lives better.
Choose happiness, learn to laugh at everything. See how that works for you.

What is wrong with political candidates? How do we get to "YES"?
In this recent election process for the president of the United States, there is a lot of anger, and frustration with the people put into the spotlight of candidacy. A lot of solutions are presented, but they are not without their sense of control or entitlements, especially from the candidates themselves.
While I do not want to mention any of the names, the problems faced by the United States can be solved, but only by those willing to make a strong statement that says that they can solve them. I am not wholly convinced this is possible with the current selection.
So here's what I would say if I was running a campaign for president. Which I need to state on the record is something a normal person (especially myself) should not want.
First is that I would state that every decision that I would make would need to answer the following: How do we get to "YES"?
Jobs and Immigration are key points to be made, because we are so possessive of the fragile state of employment. We take what we can, in order to make enough to get by. But what if that wasn't an issue? What if we take this ball and run it as far as it can go. First we must understand that some jobs that exist probably shouldn't be in existence anymore. It's as if we fund things like the pony express when we have a currently functioning postal system. What we should strive for as a nation is to create an environment that has more and more jobs than there are people. We should make it clear that in order to be an employer here, that you should have citizens working for you and that those that aren't should want to become a proper citizen.
Next we should look at the impending problems dealing with healthcare. What has been given to the public is a farce at best and an insult at its worst. When I talk about jobs not being needed, what part of health requires insurance? Is insurance the solution to worsening health problems? No, that would be science and medicine. We fail this nation, when we fail to realize the problem is not in the solution but in the source of the problem itself. When we throw money at an issue, or in some cases medicine, we don't realize the source of the problem. We look at the conditions and then try to treat the condition, while ignoring the source of the problem. While our elected leaders fail to recognize this time and time again, we are faced with the ever impending gloom that the source of our problems are not being addressed.
That goes without saying that it applies to all areas of this country.
As far as this country goes, the way we have been handling issues also applies to where we have picked our battle grounds. We chose to wage a war on things we don't understand, drugs, terrorism, and even the frustrations of the inner city. Instead of addressing the source of the issues, we have opted quite badly to treat the conditions. In medical terms it would be like saying that the best solution to a fever is a topical cooling ointment because that will lower the temperature. It's insane to make those kinds of statements, because we fail everyone when we don't treat the underlying cause.
We decided to incriminate many of the inner city, because of the violence that exists, but where does that come from. I don't have a solution for this, because I don't understand the mindset that propels someone to resort to this measure, but if the issue is that people have become distraught because of worsening employment, wouldn't the answer be to foster the addition of more and more jobs? It's a literal question of what would need to exist for people to become happy to be doing a job?
Now the drug war is something that was spawned in the past century, but this war fails us on so many levels. You have tunnels dug underneath the border to this country, you have war torn Afghanistan being the growing fields for opium, and you have a policy that closely resembles the prohibition laws of years ago. Those things don't work. Instead they cause worse things to happen.
Take an example of marijuana. In most of the nation and in the federal view, this substance is considered as bad as any other illegal drug on the market. Some people even claim that this substance is a gateway to other drugs. The real problem with it is this. When you take something away that instead of giving the people the option of deciding its dangers, what you leave in its place is a vacuum of sorts, that fosters the sort of options that are even worse than the original problem. Where else would crystal meth have come from? What about heroin?
People are looking for ways to have to deal with some of the pain that is a part of life on this planet. When the prohibition laws were made, people resorted to making alcohol for themselves, which gave rise to the underground moonshiners. But here's the thing we should take from that: We need to acknowledge that when we just take something away, we don't look at the reason for why it is still there. Nor do we realize that something must take its place.
Which leads me to the elephant in America. It's guns. We have so much fear and pain, that we desperately hold onto whatever can keep us from losing our minds altogether. The solution is to not restrict guns, but to figure out how we can make it so that if you have a gun, you'll never need to have it on you. It's part trust, which is readily apparent that our representative law makers do not have in the people. It come down to a really simple question, why do we lock our doors? We need to get to a point where you can hand someone a gun and their reply should be "I don't need this."
There is more good in this country than we can know, but unless we learn that protesting, violence, thievery, or even hatred toward one another is not the solution, then we can get to the part that we know we can disagree but move forward. We can then change a punch to a face into a handshake or a hug. We can assist others when they are in need. We truly need to understand one another. We can be a country that not only says it's a great country, but one that people acknowledge IS a really great country.
So, how do we get to say "YES", so that this country can be better?
How do we take it to another level, to say this whole world can be better?

It's just not fair!
I was treated to a ethereal lesson last night. This lesson was one where I was to experience the lack of fairness as expressed as a competition. That competition was one not unlike the ones you see in reality tv, especially those on food network.
So the competition was this: make a curry.
Well, it turns out that I don't know how to make curry. To add to this, I was the last person to get to the location to start making a curry. This meant that I was looking to find ingredients and having a particularly hard time doing it.
At one point the one running the competition was chastising me for not getting my dish anywhere near completion. As I was assessing the situation, I said flat out "well, I am going to quit, this competition isn't fair." At that point it was revealed to me, that everyone else already did this challenge before, knew that there was limited ingredients and that they knew where to get these ingredients.
This triggered some lucid experience because I then realized, that this was given to me, so I could see that the truth of this world is that it is completely unfair.
You would think that this planet would exist in such a state that there would be a sense of fairness, but there is a reason why the fairness isn't here.
It starts by looking at leaders, not just kings and queens, but our religious leaders. How do they get to be who they are? Why aren't we capable of being such a leader? Is it drive or ambition? Well, no. It isn't. Instead it is the opposite. It is a circumstance of how they were born. Even being born you are not on an equal level as everyone else. Jesus born of a virgin and the son of God. Buddha was royalty who sought to understand a concept he knew nothing about after he was becoming an adult. Mohammed was the chosen prophet of Allah.
But what about us? Religion teaches us to become close to the object of our endeavors, but for these leaders, they already have that. We are at a disadvantage just by our own nature. We aren't always born into a rich family, nor are we born into royalty. In fact sometimes we are born with maladies or additional difficulties.
In fact when you get to understanding the nature of this reality, you learn that not even time is running normally as it does for the rest of the universe. Even the rules on this planet place humanity at a disadvantage. How is this fair?!?
So it leaves us with this sense of competition. It is the king of the hill attitude by looking at those who have the advantage that makes us want an advantage for ourselves. It is prevalent in all of this existence and permeates into the problem that all of humanity needs to face.
To this end it does provide a solution. That solution is this: Our lives need to be one of full cooperation and sharing. It only gets accomplished through the energetic nature of love. It is one where not one person is singled out as the chosen one or the children of god. It is one where the playing field is made equal by everyone working together.
Until we can all agree to take our advantages and use them specificallyt to assist those with disadvantages, then we accomplished nothing in our understanding of this world or its current nature. This challenge we have been given must be faced, and we can only do it together. There is no one better than us, there is no one lesser than us. And we ALL must see that.
For it is only through a certain advantage, that one person was able to ascend, while the rest of us struggle with the concepts. In that light, fairness must be an integral part of how this reality works. It is not a result of suffering or sinful nature alone. Unfairness can only be contradicted by cooperation by all.

Religion, ritual, belief and a place called the Akashic Record.
Recently I was given an attunement to a pain management system. In order to access the system, it requires you to get the attunement from the Akashic Records.
This is quite a lot for anyone who has never heard about the records or knows about energy modalities.
Let us begin with modalities. Basically put a modality is any technique that taps into the body's energetic nature and works with those energies. To utilize and work with a modality on your own requires something called an attunement. You are tuned to the technique and are open to use it.
The Akashic Records is a place on the etherial plane where information currently is being stored and accessed. It is said that this is where the book of life is located, as well as many other documents.
In people that I have met that do Akashic Records readings, they usually perform a prayer of some sort and then claim an opening of the records.
As someone who has studied quite a bit on religion, ritual and faith and what purpose it serves, it seems to me that the people accessing the records are doing so as part of some ritualistic religious practice.
Prayer itself isn't a ritual, but a recited prayer is.
Religion is put simply a belief system that requires an element of faith and is expressed through ritual and practice. It is a byproduct of the faith/belief and is not required in all religions to accomplish the purpose of said belief. Unless the purpose of the faith/belief, is to control and subvert the masses.
I don't agree with any belief or faith causing the need for control or subversion.
So, why are people accessing the Akashic through a ritual? The answer lies in the need and purpose for religion and rituals: fear. The only thing that stops anyone from accessing or achieving what they intent to achieve is fear. All fear is internal and is a result of misunderstanding circumstances. So the reason why we can't access the Akashic Records is due to our own fears or understanding.
I realized this was even more so the case when I was given the instructions for the attunement. As I am reading it, I get the little indication that something is communicating. When I asked if this was from the Akashic, the answer I received was "yes".
So let's backtrack a second. Most Akashic readers are performing a ritual. I get an indication that says I am accessing the records. I didn't do the ritual. Is the ritual required? Logically the answer is no, but I can see how that can be wrong.
The idea that needs to be expressed is one of permission. If you are granted permission, then the information is there. This is why most people need to perform the ritual. However, I do need to point out that ALL of the things in this reality that hold you back are within yourself.
In other words, it is because you need to have the ritual, in order to feel like you have permission. Permission is granted to all of us on this plane, if we seek the information. So, the true need to perform some kind of permission is a product of our own selves getting in the way of accessing the information.
There's a concept I keep using that refers to the plethora of information that is available through intuitive practice. It is called "The Feed". Sometimes this is just the information about what is going on around someone, or the physical attributes about someone, or even the information about a person's path.
Through the use of spirit guides, this information is filtered out into usable pieces, which is where most intuitives get their information. It is said that psychics get the information from the Ether. Well, that's where the Akashic Records reside. How is that matter where you get the information as long as the information is valid and correct?
So in accessing the Akashic records, I have been able to find some usable information that I feel that I should pass on to others. This is what everyone needs to do, and do on a fairly constant basis:
1) Look at everything with love.... and nothing else.
2) Lighten your heart by mentally releasing your burdens at the moment you are in.
3) Repeat
I am finding that the best use of my sleep time is to access Akashic information and if it is useful then I wake up and have the information. I have been working on energetics and raising vibration in the meantime.
What I will conclude is that the Akashic records are freely open for anyone to access. You must however, learn to tap into the intuitive "feed" in order to accomplish this. But honestly, it's not that difficult.
When I ask, I just say "I am looking for information on ...". You want to see the book of attunements? Sure, but it's quite big. If you need to look at someone's record... again it's all in the asking.
There's no ritual needed, because this isn't a religion. This is the nature of the unseen etherical world. Just like you don't need to have a grass religion to know you need to mow your lawn, you don't need any other religion to access information. You just need to stop being afraid.
This is quite a lot for anyone who has never heard about the records or knows about energy modalities.

Are you an angel?
The question I want to explore is the logic behind the idea that people are basically angels incarnated into human form or that humans that have passed, become angels.
You hear it a lot. The issue is rather simplistic, but there is something fundamental that needs to be understood when it comes to Angels. Angels are basically higher energy beings who are assistants to mankind. They are created and sent from God.
In a paradigm of God's existence, Angels are not the only thing created from God, but that precludes the fact that everything is created from God. Therefore the statement is irrelevant.
If we say that there isn't God, then Angels have a completely different purpose and it becomes a tad disturbing. So there's these higher energy beings whose sole purpose is to assist lower level beings? Not educate, mind you, but assist. That would mean they are slaves, right? How does this sound right?
So for the sake of argument, the easier paradigm is one where God exists. We could argue the opposite, and probably conclude that angels don't exist either. In that case, we're done. However, for everyone else, I will continue.
So the concept being presented has to do with energetic beings. Our soul represents our energetic being. Angels represent another. When it comes to energetic levels, the truth of it, is that we are not compatible energetically. Angels by their nature are higher energetically. So it presents a dilemma of two parts. Can an Angel incarnate as a human? and can a human when they die become an Angel?
Some people will claim that they are possible. However, this is actually something quite impossible.
Let us talk dogma when it comes to human becoming an angel. This does not account for reincarnation, because in that, you can't shift levels just by incarnating. Otherwise, why would we be here? No, when we die we are still at human energetic levels and are maintained as such. Even physics says that you can't just change energy levels or vibrations just because it changes from one medium to another. That's like saying that in order for a battery to produce AC current, you just need to feed it AC current instead of DC. However, it is by outside forces and behaviors that you can change energetic levels. Death/Birth is not an outside force but an inside force and therefore can't change energetically on its own.
In other words for church goers, Angels are for service, Humans are for worship. Service isn't worship, so ergo Humans can't be Angels.
Now let's take it the other direction, can an Angel incarnate as a Human? Again, the energetic levels aren't compatible. Some will say that this is why you have people like those with down's syndrome or a functional disorder like Autism. I think that's what people say to feel better about their situation. Now what would actually happen, is if an Angel tries to incarnate, the best they can do is resonate into reality. At higher levels, this is a matter of just being in sync with the frequency of the reality they are trying to match.
Someone who has trained into looking at energy levels should be able to see intrusions into our physical resonant reality. Only by selecting to see outside of the resonant reality's frequency, you can view these as if light going through a prism. Why do you think the aura appears to have colors?
Now I could be totally wrong with what I am saying and maybe we're just surrounded by Angels that are living human lives, but if our desire is to energetically become one with God (or whatever you want to refer to that existence as), then it would make less sense to move to a lower vibration at any point or to move to an existence that takes you away from who you truly are.
The alternative is that there aren't such things as angels and we're actually talking about demons. Now that's a different discussion.
You hear it a lot. The issue is rather simplistic, but there is something fundamental that needs to be understood when it comes to Angels. Angels are basically higher energy beings who are assistants to mankind. They are created and sent from God.

Will all the "experts" please stop.
I'm in a venting mood today. Mainly because I have seen a lot of blogs/websites that post on websites and facebook with the idea that "I'm an expert, and I am going to tell you my opinions as if they are fact."
Well ain't that fancy. Someone gave you a microphone and allowed you to stand on a stage where everyone can see you and you spew some dribble that is either unoriginal, completely opinion based or just a personal story to boost yourself.
So just to let you get some background. I've been doing psychic work on reddit.com for free. I signed up to be a free reader on the psychic subreddit and I AM one of the readers on the right side of the page. Guess which one I am, and you too can get a free reading from me.
There have been a couple of people posting stuff from their blogs or websites. There are two in particular. One is a guy who's trying to process his psychic experiences while promoting his readings, while another is a lady who is just promoting her website for getting more readings.
So what I have been doing is commenting on their posts. The guy, told his story and making it sound like this is how reality is. I took to contesting one of the contents and said that what he was saying was a matter of interpretation (not fact) and that I sited some instances where the opposite could also be true. I don't think he took it too well.
The lady however, posted some rather incorrect statements about psychics. Basically the statement I contested was that anyone who is really psychic will not give you a reading for free. I was offended by the comment, because I AM doing exactly that and I am NOT CHARGING people. Now, if I do readings in person, I am taking time to be available and then I will charge, but the point I was making is that I am a psychic and I chose to not charge people on reddit for readings. The statement she made basically says that I am not a psychic then, because I don't conform to her ideals.
Oh, she tried to say that she does readings for free, but they are one question readings. That's limiting your abilities because you're not getting paid. Not me. I leave the floor open to follow-up questions, so the ones I am reading can understand what is going on.
So here's the problem in all of this. I may sound like I am being a dick about it, which that's a perception thing, but I am also trying to get rid of things that are just plain untrue. I understand that if everyone was standing around the statue of Michelangelo's David, some people are going to see the statue's twig and berries and some people are going to be looking at butt. While the description of the different people may appear to be different things, the honest truth is that they are both looking at the same thing and neither is agreeing on what they are looking at.
It's a theme in my experience that comes up over, and over, and over, and you get the idea.
So what I am writing about is that we need to realize that on the precipice of reality and what is the true nature of humanity, that we are only able to provide our perception of what we understand. This does not make us experts, as there are infinite levels of perception to be considered. However, if the purpose of a blog entry is to inform in such a matter, then it must be prepared to do so with a catalyst for discourse.
You are not going to learn anything or grow, if you think your perception and training is the only one that is out there. That being said, if you think you don't need to learn anything more, then I am speaking directly at you, because the truth is that you're the problem.
Here's why: When we look at the subject of ascension, we tend to only look at the individuals that have learned to ascend so that we can emulate and attain the state that they did. This is of course, impossible. I postulate that what really needs to happen is that humankind as a whole needs to come together and move as a group. Kind of a herd state where as the group moves, you move as well. Or in the case of ascension, as the group ascends, you ascend as well.
You can't do this by placing yourself out there as an individual. You can only accomplish this by allowing the group to enter into discourse and learn from each other.
There are no experts, only people trying to separate themselves from the group, by sounding like they are an expert. Sure some seem to have better information than others, but without an avenue for them to get feedback, their statements are isolating and the kind of stuff that causes humanity to stagnate instead of ascend.
So unless you can discuss your blogs and posted writings, I encourage you to stop and consider that you might actually be the problem that I am referring to.
When I am asked by people during a reading if they are on the right path, the information I get is this: "There is no wrong path, there is no right path, there just is the path... keep going." If we are all on a path together, which is possible seeing as how we are incarnated to earth at this exact time, then we must learn to walk the path together. That might be difficult for many, but that is what is going on. Until you release to that fact, then the discourse turns into an argument, rather than an attempt to learn.
And why is it important to learn as much as possible? So when the information is needed, you have enough perspectives to help others understand. Since being on reddit, I have seen a lot of people come forward with their discovery of psychic abilities. The numbers are increasing and these people have questions and a lack of experiences to understand them. It is in all of our best interest to give these people information and allow them to incorporate the abilities properly.
And now we discuss...

Healing from a programmer's perspective.
In a recent article going around facebook lately, (Here) the article goes on about how a shaman looks at mental illness as one that is energetic/spiritual in nature.
As a programmer I find this view to be limiting. Let me explain:
Take any electronic computing device, whether that be a phone, a tablet, a laptop or just an outright computer. The hardware in an of itself doesn't do a whole lot, without programming. That is the operating systems upon which the hardware does its work.
When we look at ourselves, we only tend to see one aspect or another depending on a viewpoint. But we should try to see ourselves like how I see a computer.
First, let us look at how a computer parallels humans. Imagine the hardware as the core of one's self. Whether it is that we see ourselves as energy or as flesh and bone, we are a combination of chemical and electrical interactions. Alone, these interactions are meaningless.
How we utilize the interactions and control is what is the essence of programming. We start programming from the moment we are born, we learn to eat, walk and communicate. We learn social mores. We also experience things both good and bad.
So what happens when something is wrong? On a computer, you get a warning, or an error or some indication that something isn't working right. Sometimes you don't get anything at all. Maybe as a programmer you didn't do some kind of error check or there's an error that isn't readily visible until you look at the result. Sometimes it isn't even a software/programming issue at all, but rather a physical one with the computer.
That's not too unlike what it is for humans. When something is obviously wrong, it is totally obvious. Whether it is a rash or some kind of fever, most of the problems can be measured and traced down to a cause.
But what about things we just don't understand or can't find a cause. Where is the source for the problem? Is it a learned process, is it how we process things? Or is there something of a more energetic nature that is the source of the problem.
While some people see that all things are energy (from a metaphysical standpoint) it is important to know that we operate also in a non-energetic existence (it is hard to ignore). Where we fail is that we see the problem either from one perspective or another and never really combine the two for a complete solution to a problem. Instead we only treat the symptoms.
While we expect our children to constantly ask this question over and over, I think we programmed ourselves to not ask the question as often. Maybe we should.
We just need to ask: Why?
So is mental illness a chemical or energetic/spiritual one? The problem is not that simple. Maybe we see a spiritual reason for the illness, or maybe we see the matter as one of chemical imbalances. There's not just one answer that we can point to. At least not one of consensus.
A good comparison with computers is a memory leak. A memory leak usually causes subtle problems where the program may act irrational or not make sense. It may also cause physical problems to occur with the computer, creating other issues that are seemingly unrelated to the underlying issue. Does it happen a lot? No, but then again most people will never run into the issue. The source is identified and resolved.
The difference between humans and computers are that computers are simplistic devices by design. We are complex. But the comparisons give a perspective that the issues we face in dealing with wellness, is that without an objective mind frame and a determination to look past symptoms and focus on the source of issues, we will always think that the solution that we have given is the best.
As for the shaman, he probably is picking up a lot more about the source of the problem in regards to mental illness, but how do we know that it truly is the source of the issue? Where is the collaboration with another shaman to give an equal assessment? Why do we accept one perspective as the truth and reject the other?
Fairly recently, I started working on seeing through metaphysical eyes. It's caused some rather interesting results, but one of the things I have noticed, is that I tend to look at influences around people. To look into someone takes effort and usually results in picking up others pain and emotions. When it came to a mental illness situation, I looked rather intently at the influences around the person and time and time again, I was coming up with "there's nothing there".
The issue is not one where it is always external. It is not always one of internal either. Which led me to try to understand one of the more recent terms to splay across the metaphysical field and that is miasm. Now miasm is neither a physical or spiritual issue, because it doesn't exist in the current world. This requires a more esoteric approach which involves alternate realities and timelines as well as connections to those things.
So what do I see as a miasm? There's nothing there! Nothing external, nothing within.
That's when the computer analogy falls apart. The computer should run perfectly.
Maybe there is something to shamanism that can eventually help all of mankind, but I am not seeing it very well. Maybe because I don't see it as a means to an end, but rather a road marker on the path of life. Maybe you choose to do that sort of thing, and that's your thing. Mine isn't that at all. To me, life is about taking all the different perspectives and seeing them from every angle and every way possible. To not take that approach would mean to focus on something specific.
That is WHY I think we never get to the source of problems. That, and you'll eventually run into ego problems. ...and if you think you don't, then you have one as well. I know a couple of "shamans" with ego problems, their problem is they don't think they have an ego problem.
I think "shaman" nowadays, is thrown around like the term "athiest". Now athiests who really are intelligent and know what they believe and are very well rounded about it, will really not call themselves that. Instead "agnostic" is a better term. Perhaps "journeying healer" is a better term for "shaman"?
You figure it out for yourself. As for me, I'm neither.

Can you hear the bells a-ringing?
I was wandering around the web and found this video on youtube. I have said to a lot of people that I have an intelligent ringing in my ears. This guy pretty much explains what it is. It's actually nothing new to me.
Whether it is alien or spirits, the problem I find is reaching a connection in my conscious physical state. Maybe if I watch more of his videos, I'll find out what he means by "meditation". I know there are as many ways to meditate as there are leaves on the tree.
It gives me something to think about. I thought I would share.

Does the universe have a programming glitch?
Recently, it was determined that 1) the so called "junk dna" is actually not junk but some kind of programmed code. It is so mind bogglingly bizarre to find, that when athiests look at the data the conclusion is somewhat indicative of intelligent design. 2) It was also recently determined that the universe is not as tangible as we believe. Instead it is a hologram. By observing certain particles and how they interact in the universe, the conclusion is that we live in an elaborate hologram.
Of course if you saw the movie "what the bleep..." you already knew about the hologram bit.
So the issue at hand is that it appears that everything we are and everything we experience is all part of some kind of programmed matrix.
Yeah, who didn't see the matrix.
I think I have stumbled onto a programming glitch however that can be manipulated and experienced by those with the resources and abilities to access it.
The issue has to do with reflection. Not introspective analysis, mind you, but reflective surfaces and the images they present. It also has to do with the paranormal.
Mirrors have been used for paranormal means for centuries. The oracles of delphi and nostradamus are two that used mirrors for what they did. Today, there's things like the scrying, devil's toybox and the psychomanteum, which are based off of old ideas of using reflection to access the intangible and unseen.
I postulate that these techniques weren't really supposed to work the way they do, and it is a result of programming error that these reflections are producing the results that they are.
The issue about programming has to do with a technique called recursive calls. In this case, the reflection is a recursive call to invert an image and play it back. That should be easy, but as most programmers will know, that the more nested a recursive call is, the more likely it is to produce unpredictable results.
So take the situation of two mirrors that face opposite each other and you are standing in the middle. What happens? Well there's the reflection back and forth, but as it gets more and more the image appears darker. Maybe this is a degradation of the image as a result of the mirror, but it also suggests that there is a signal issue inherent in the reflective interface.
The psychomanteum as well as "black mirrors" totally takes advantage of this defect and it breaks something. The break is in the "veil" that separates the spirits from the actual physical world.
In black mirrors it creates a situation where images and faces appear and may refer to past or future events.
The psychomanteum goes one step further in it's null field reflection as you stare into the inky nothingness. The success rate as noted by Dr. Raymond Moody is staggering. What's reported from the psychomanteum is basically a complete removal of the veil and people reporting full interactions with a deceased person. Sometimes this interaction appears days after the use of the psychomanteum.
Yeah, that sounds like something is broken.
So the latest device is something called the Illuminator or VRIC imaging. I won't try to explain it. Just go here: http://www.supercoherence7thsense.com/vric-imaging to see what that's about. It was also discussed on the March 1st episode of "Whitley Streiber's Dreamland".
In looking at that, it seems like the glitch is a bit more definable and is a combination of light and reflection.
It's also got to be a glitch. I don't know how else to explain why those things work, except it looks like an exploit of bad programming code. As a programmer, I know bad code. It's half of what I do. I can tell you as a programmer, this looks like bad code.
Of course if you saw the movie "what the bleep..." you already knew about the hologram bit.

Reiki is demon possession?
I just read on wikipedia that reiki is a form of demon possession.
Let me just say that it's a load of crap by an institution that would rather you go to the church for all of your problems.
How can I say this? It's a story how I stumbled upon reiki.
You see as a over 40 year old man, I was a "born again" Christian all the way back to when I was somewhere around 5 years old. I was raised in a very conservative protestant house where this kind of stuff is just not talked about. I didn't know. This stuff just did not exist in my world.
So in my latter teenage years when I was dealing with my warm hands (which have ALWAYS been unusually warm), I learned that this is typical of someone who manipulates healing (a.k.a. Reiki) energy. I looked into it to see if there was something that I had or the information I was missing regarding it.
Honestly, there isn't that much that I didn't already know or could be able to do.
Now, I ask you why would a Christian have this energy coming from their hands if they never went through any kind of reiki initiation/ attunement?
I will tell you why, it's because it's not a demonic thing that is the source of the energy. It comes from God!
One of the things they teach you in reiki training is something called the byosen scan. I was doing this years before even knowing about reiki. I never read about it, all I know is that when I finally took a class, I went "oh, is that what it's called, I didn't know".
SO, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???
Maybe the demons have been keeping you away from God, did you ever consider that? Maybe these accusers should quit their bible pounding and start Christian living.
What do you think would happen when you get closer and closer to God?!?
Let me point something out. When it comes to living like a Christian, you gotta start loving other people... all the time. You gotta show that you are truly happy and at peace... all the time. You gotta live like the words of the bible are just a part of you and not just a memory thing... all the time. Paul talks about fruits of the spirit and honestly, I see "Christians" who are lousy at those things.
Demons suck. I don't like them. They are the sticky tar on the shoe of someone who is just trying to walk. This whole idea that reiki is the same thing as demon possession is a "sticky tar on the shoe" kind of item.
So after taking all of the reiki and doing all of the ghost and paranormal stuff, I am still in the same place. I still believe in Jesus Christ. I try to live as if he was living in me. If there's any possession going on, it's Jesus in me. I would not do what I do if this was not the case.
Let me just say that it's a load of crap by an institution that would rather you go to the church for all of your problems.

The scientific fetal position.
I find that at times in your life that God is trying to tell you something that a theme comes up over and over in many different areas of your life. These things just eat away at you leaving you in a place that the only way you can appear is if your are rolled up in the fetal position, because it is pervasive and intrusive at all sides.
It's science. What is science? What is scientific? How do we allow things to enter the mainframe of the scientific landscape when science is ignored.
The whole problem came about as a result of a lawsuit out of Italy. In the lawsuit, a man claimed that his company required him to be on the phone a lot. Way more than you, me and our families combined. He sued the cell phone company for a product that caused him to get brain cancer.
He won.http://news.yahoo.com/italy-court-ruling-links-mobile-phone-tumor-151756598.html
With science, you have to deal with facts. The fact here is that there's something that we don't know about cell phones. Specifically, how dangerous they are and why.
So do the research. That's what I did. I looked and compared the cell phone to the human brain (hello tumor!). It turns out there's a direct correlation to brainwaves and the radio waves emitted by cell phones!
This is bad that on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is a teddy bear and 10 is holding a gun to your head, this is really close to a 10.
But the problem doesn't end there, you start looking at what's being put into the water supply and how the body reacts depending on the chemical.
Take this for example. Fluoride may make teeth whiter, but it also causes more cavities. Chlorine turns animal fats into a gel like substance in the blood stream and causes arthrosclerosis.
Now maybe I am getting the information wrong and that really isn't what happens, but we have these huge problems with health and obesity in america where less than 100 years ago the exact opposite problem was the norm.
So we get bombarded by people who think they have the solution and they have part of it, but not all of it. My wife was reading a "wellness" book and it had recipes for healthy vegetarian options in the back. Yes, they were vegetarian, but they were replacement recipes for meat oriented dishes. Here's the problem with any kind of substitute: chemical manipulation. We have a small idea what happens when you add a small seemingly innocuous chemical to something. It's like MSG. The stuff is supposed to make things taste better, and maybe it does. The problem with MSG is that most people can't process the stuff internally. It's a substance that takes meat that's rotten and makes it palatable. That was the original intent.
Now would you eat rotten meat without MSG? What is the benefit?
Before you run away from that, did you know that all meats (excluding fish) have to be aged (slightly rotten)? Most meats you get in the grocery are "wet" aged. You can't eat meat straight off the cow's hind end, you would literally spit it out because of how disgusting it tastes. Occasionally you will see "dry" aged meat, and that's a specialty technique usually reserved for restaurants.
I might be getting off track, but when we talk about meat substitutes, we are either talking about beans with some kind of starch binder or tofu.
Starch and all carbohydrates are basically what the body uses as fuel storage to do what it needs to do every day. When you overload on those things, you tend to put on fat. Alternatively, failure to use the body in an active manner will do the same.
Tofu falls into a category of food I call, "we don't know why we eat that". Soybeans are the main culprit here, but things like high fructose corn syrup and canola oil are in the same boat. Do your research and prepare to throw out 90% of the food in your house.
Soybeans is not a new item, because it's been a staple of chinese and japanese food products for many years. Except, the chinese know something about soy we tend to ignore. It's that soy is not good for the body unless it is fermented first. Unfermented soy actually can cause the thyroid to not function correctly. Why do we know this? In the 1920's or around that time, we didn't have soy in the public diet. We also had to irradiate over active thyroids, because they were too active. Now, we have the opposite in underactive thyroids.
The pattern of the modern day food affecting the health of America has even prompted food diets like the
paleo diet. A diet suggesting a return to a less processed form of food consumption.
This is at the heart of what science is. We have to take theories, test them and objectively tell whether the result is good or bad.
We don't do that anymore, however.
This is much more prevalent in the Paranormal/Ghost Hunting field. It's rampant and shameless as to the pervasiveness of a field that should be ever so skeptical about allowing new devices to permeate into the field.
The most pervasive of which is the cell phone.
The aspects of the cell phone fall into 3 categories:
Photography,
Videography and
ITC (instrumental trans-communication)
When it comes to photography, the cell phone uses technology that allows for a tiny little camera to be placed into the device. This means that the quality is lower and the possibility for error is increased. When it comes to scientific data gathering, the highest quality instrument should be the one used. Tiny cameras aren't exactly quality.
Which brings us to videography. Cell phones aren't able to be mounted on tripods, not without setting up some kind of bracket. Cell phones don't record in night vision either. Why we are allowing people to produce some kind of "blair witch project" style video should be decried as unacceptable. But people are doing it. They're posting the videos online in order to prop themselves up in their tremendous scientific finds.
But it's kind of like seeing a picture with orbs and saying, "you know what, most orbs are dust". So why should you look at a shaky camera video?
Maybe it has to do with the ghost hunting shows. I know it cost a little bit more money to put a camera on a shock proof rig, but when evidence is more often captured by tripod mounted DVR cameras, maybe we should take note. If the camera's moving, we can't tell if it's evidence or not, nor should we.
Finally it gets down to ITC. I know there's a lot of people that use it and I am pretty sure that NONE of them know how the thing works to do what it is doing.
There's the ghost meters. A cell phone version of the ovilus device, which is supposed to turn environmental readings into words that translate into the actual words being said by a spirit. Not many people know what combination of settings will respond into words. If they did, they would be able to record those settings separately and come up with the same or similar conclusion. How do spirits know exactly what word will be presented by the device? How come this doesn't work with people in general? How do we know it's not?
There are other applications coming out for phones that claim to perform ITC functions. In order to allow any kind of device or application to be allowed into the scientific field, it needs to have a scientific paper that explains how, why, and the results of the experimental testing.
And what about that radiation deal with the Italian lawsuit? Is nobody taking this into account? Have you put your cell phone next to your EMF meter? KII? (I use the KII Mel meter, because the response time of the KII may show a fluctuation of energy and is an indicator of a burst of energy. If anything it's an alert light to be aware of the environment.)
When it comes to ITC in general, all devices that claim some sort of ITC will have the same problem. That is: Where are the scientific papers that explains why it works? I will tell you where it is: NOWHERE. Nobody's done the scientific research explaining why it works.
The spirit box is a perfect example of ITC which isn't scientifically explained. The idea is that it is a radio that sweeps quickly through stations trying to pick up a signal and play that back as audio.
Why does it work? OR is it working? Maybe it's just picking up random radio stations? The "shack hack" version of this is tremendously bad at the radio stations because it is just all over the place.
The explanations are then imposed on the device. "They are attaching to the white noise." "They interact with the amplifier." "They bypass the antenna."
Perhaps the obvious questions are just not being asked. Which explanation is correct and why all of the different components to the radio in order to get these "spirit voices"?
I don't want to be the skeptic here, but that's what I turn into when it comes to these things. In the comic Hellblazer 19, John Constantine explained it perfectly when he said "I'm an occultist--I like to know what's going on behind the scenes."
When it comes to the paranormal field, in some way we all need to be the occultists. If we are not then we're just adventure seekers looking for the next thing since the bungee jump. We need to look at the world as a whole and understand why things work the way they do, and not because someone says that "it just is."
I feel that's the point that I need to come out from my fetal position and carry my constant banner of virtue and integrity when I say "DEMAND BETTER".
I not only demand that out of the people in the spotlight, but the people that aren't in it as well. We shouldn't accept mediocrity or lack of scientific analysis for the sake of the paranormal.
And for everyone's sake, release your scientific papers!!! Provide the scientific evidence that says the theory behind the device, what evidence you show that it does what you say it does, and allow other people the chance to peer review and replicate your findings!
That is, unless you're spineless cowards who don't know what you're doing and just trying to scam people. If I have to be the thorn in the side of these people, then that's going to have to happen. I just don't see any other way to put science into the field of the paranormal at this point, if we place science aside while allowing these things to enter the field.

Invitation vs Invocation
There are two ways of initiating a communication with spirits. While they spell just slightly different, they are the difference between the paranormal being safe and the paranormal being dangerous.
Invitation is the open and outright statement to open connection between you and a spirit. While this sounds simple and unassuming, the invitation is the open door that causes possession.
For that reason it is important to use invocation. An invocation is a statement that the a previous agreement is in effect and you are requesting that the agreement is honored.
So how do you work that into a paranormal investigation?
The main problem is in determining right and authority. In any property investigation, the rights upon the land are determined by the land owners. However, if you are on public property these rights are no longer in place. For that reason you would be only able to acquire a invocation to speak with spirit from private property.
Now in cases of occult activity, the permissions no longer apply to the current land owners. This is because the entity was more often than not placed into the location and the invocation abilities are specific.
Never ask for an invitation or invocation for spirits to speak on a public property. To do so is asking for problems, unless you're there with an exorcist, then ask that person, they probably know better than most.
How do you establish an invocation agreement? It has to be done by an "approval to communicate to the spirits at the location by the property owners". This could be a verbal communication, but it is also possible that it could just as easily be done through an approval form.
Now by doing this, the approval does not come from the spirits themselves. It's so important, because the spirit will have no right to you in the possibility of possession or influence.
In Malachi Martin's book about demonology "Hostage to the Devil", he talks about 'Perfect Possession'. In those cases, possession is ALWAYS a result of inviting the malevolent spirit.
If you've ever read up on demons and exorcism, then you would have to notice that in every exorcism case that it comes down to a revoke or rebuke of the spirit within the body. Revocation works best when you didn't do an invitation to begin with.
It's just something to think about.

Perspective consciousness and the programmed.
I am reading a book where it talks about programming and brainwashing and it was talking about how everyone has been programmed. I thought that was a rather odd statement, but when it went on to detail what the programming is, it became rather clear about how we're all programmed to think in a certain way.
The way we are programmed is to be focused on our own person. We focus on our safety, our sports teams, our lifestyle, our religion and even our families and friends among many other things.
Now there's nothing really wrong with that, but the problem is that if that's our only focus, we're really not seeing the global problems that trickle down to our lives. In order to see these things, you have to move from the self to a greater existence. In other words, your thinking must go from "I" to "we", from "we" to "us" and from "us" to "all".
We are kept in those lower perspectives, pulling from "us" until it's just "I". That thinking is everywhere and is all over your tv, but if you're not looking for that, you'll never see it.
Now the quantum world has this concept that was previously talked about here, called quantum entanglement. Or as Einstein put it: spooky action at a distance. This little concept is the nuclear bomb of perception shifts. Knowing the results of quantum entanglement shows that there's no such thing as the self, as all things are mysteriously and miraculously interconnected. (See the movie "I Am" as quantum entanglement is explained perfectly)
The post about the double slit experiment also comes into play, because it talks about passive observation versus active observation. In the programming, individuals are in a passive state. Shifting from the programming requires a movement from passive to the active state in order to identify the programming.
Active state observation is another name for critical analysis. This is one of those aspects that the education system fails to work on. A fully functional student with critical analysis is one that provides ideas and logical arguments that help better explain why one thing is true while another is false.
It can't be said that things happening all around the world don't factor into our existence. It's known the entanglement exists, so those entanglements will affect everyone whether things are good OR bad. Individuals who are programmed would not see these attachments, and as a result be unable to be affected by the seemingly unrelated events. However the truth is that the individuals are affected and as a result are numbed to their effects by the programming.
Break the programming, look at the world as just one thing, then think of the solar system as one, think of the galaxy as one, and then see the universe as one... and then keep going. Seriously, keep going!
Religions have been teaching us to look at each other as part of the entanglement, but the institution of religion has built in a program that takes you away from the connections. This is an argument for another day, but look at your own faith through the critical eyes of analysis to see that the universal message is there, but it's appealing to a self-focused existence. You can't connect to your source (whatever you want to call it, most call it God) through your self. You must view the entire existence as if you were the source.
I am not asking you to become source, I am only asking you join with the source. See everything from the perspective of source.
Source might not be the best word here, but there's not one word that is going to explain it quite right.

Do ghosts hang out at cemeteries or not?
Depends on who you ask.
One claim is that ghosts in cemeteries are not possible because nobody has actually died at a cemetery or lived at a cemetery. Valid point.
The other claim is that the spirit is attracted to its respective physical body. This is of course, valid as well.
So when one cemetery like Bachelor's Grove in Midlothian IL is labeled the most haunted cemetery, is it because of the connection the spirit has to the physical?
Or how can you explain it away after saying ghosts don't hang out at cemeteries?
Truth is you can't, or at least you shouldn't. Unless you've been there and can prove scientifically without any question, you can't prove either statement to be true. Or alternatively, you'll find that in a double blind case study that both conclusions are true.
This is a rather convoluted dichotomy when it comes to paranormal investigation. It really depends on which argument you're taking. Skeptic's aren't likely to prove ghosts exist while at the same time, ghost hunters aren't willing to stop and say ghosts don't exist.
The real problem with it all, is that ghosts and cemeteries are an impossible paradox of belief and science that neither comes to a definitive conclusion. In theory all locations are haunted by spirits and ghosts really don't exist.
The way to look at this, which is what I am doing with my team, is to treat it as a simple harmless fun outing. We go to a cemetery, we check it out. We try out our little gadgety things and see if anything happens.
Did we find anything? Doesn't matter!
Did we have fun? Ah, now we're getting somewhere!
Did we make any friends? I would like to hope so! This is what I think the main reason why anyone should ghost hunt a cemetery should be about.
These are public locations. We treat them with respect and they become a fabulous place to visit and hey, maybe there is a spirit there. A spirit of joy and friendship!
disclaimer: My group (zero point quantum paranormal) does not charge anyone for going to any of our outings. If we do have a charge it is that those items will be stated clearly as a part of signing up (and is usually someone else that is actually getting paid). Besides, who charges for going to a free public place anyway?

So I created a paranormal group part 2.
Intent is the name of the game. What you intend to have happen is something that's set in motion.
With intent, I set upon achieving one simple little goal that should be a part of every single organization in existence.
That one goal is to make sure people are happy.
Happy's a pretty big goal. I think if you give people happiness that it in turn makes you happy just from their happiness.
I've been reading "The Children of The Law of One" by John Peniel. If you've ever studied Edgar Cayce's readings, you've probably heard about this guy.
Anyway, I am getting to the part where it talks about intent and happiness and achieving enlightenment.
The statement says basically that once you've achieved enlightenment you pretty much spend the rest of the time helping others to achieve it.
Now I KNOW I am not fully enlightened. I have frustration that meets me in some form every day. Whether it is my work, or the fact that I sense spirits who can't properly communicate me, I am frustrated.
At times I feel like Prometheus trying to steal fire from Zeus. I want to know what the little secret is, and then turn it around and give it to others.
This is not all that far from one's whose enlightened, but in some regard I would have to be happy about it all.
Sometimes I would say that I am not happy. It's not an "incredible hulk" kind of unhappy, just a "bridge is out" kind of state of upset.
I mean, what are you going to do with things out of your control? You going to let those things eat at you, or will you discard them like a facial tissue which you've blown your nose?
The intent I am trying to show here is that I set up an approach for people to work together in a rather unique system. I believe that this is completely achievable once people understand and join the system.
Maybe in some regard, I set it up, so it wasn't hinged on the fact that I started it. I've never been good at getting groups together. I tried many times to start a band out of high school and college and it just never quite worked out. So the important part to me, was just to make it possible. For the first month, I didn't even care if people even looked at the webpage or not. The vanity of the thing would make me unhappy.
We can accomplish happiness by getting rid of things that make us anything but happy or by addressing the issues that cause us to not feel happiness.
That is pretty much the only thing I have to say as a part of this entry, because to me, it literally is the most important thing.
Are you happy?
